Sabbath Bulletin for 09/13/2025

Shalom Brothers and Sisters in Messiah Yeshua. In light of this week's assassination of Charlie Kirk, a man of faith and principle who will be remembered fondly in our church, it's important to pause our regular sermon series to focus this moment on the clarity of God's Word in answer to this tragedy. Let us pray in Messiah Yeshua's name for peace and restraint-in-force as well as boldness and strength in our resolve to continue to speak the Truth of God's Word. Let Mr. Kirk’s death remind us of our calling to endure in our faith until the end, just like he did. Let his assassination not drive us to hatred or violence of our own, because that is the path of death. Pray for love to reign in our hearts for everyone involved, and for all who know the LORD to stand stronger for His righteous instruction, His Mercy and Truth—even forgiveness. Let us pray for many to turn further into their faith in Yeshua as a response to this tragedy! Finally, let us pray for Mr. Kirk's wife, children and family, for their comfort, peace, and resolve. May the LORD be with us all!
First Fruits Ministries will come together for the LORD's weekly Sabbath celebration, a Holy Convocation day, on 9/13/2025 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 60 Bailey Ave., Manchester, NH 03104 for a time of rest in the LORD. Our First Fruits Ministries Sabbath service will begin at 10:15 a.m. in-house, and then we will go live for our YouTube audience around 10:30-10:35 a.m., God willing.
During our in-house-only segment, we will listen to a summary of this week's Torah Portion, called Ki Tavo (When You Come In): Deuteronomy 26:1-29:9 Isaiah 60:1-22 Matthew 4:13-24.
During our in-house and online segment, Pastor Andrew J. Manuse will present a one-part sermon called "Standing Like Messiah In the Face of Hate," which will serve as a reminder for all who call upon the name of Yeshua what kind of resolve we need to develop to endure in our love for the LORD and His Word as the Last Day approaches. With the assassination of Charlie Kirk, it is time for us to prayerfully turn up the volume of Truth and stand up against the face of evil with boldness and clarity of thought and speech. Our calling to serve Yeshua, even unto the death, is a spiritual battle for the hearts, minds and souls of the lost, and this is a battle we cannot afford to surrender even unto the very end, for eternity awaits. "To live is to live for Messiah, and to die is gain." Let us multiply the call for righteousness in these days and honor those who have come before us!
We prefer you to be with us in person for fellowship, but if that is not possible, you can join us remotely by following this link: https://www.youtube.com/@firstfruitsNH/streams. Please review our General Itinerary on our website for specific information about our sabbath services.

Prayer Meeting For 10 Days Set For Sept. 28, 6-8 PM
First Fruits Ministries will co-host a prayer meeting with Calvary Chapel Manchester at the church from 6-8 p.m. on 9/28 for the 10 Days of Prayer ecumenical gathering, which is held annually uniting more than 500 fellowships around the world during the Days of Awe.
The Days of Awe are the 10 days dedicated to repentance (teshuvah) starting with Yom Teruah (the Day of Trumpets) at sunset on 9/22/2025 and ending during the eve of Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement) on 10/1/2025. Yom Kippur lasts until sunset on 10/2/2025.
First Fruits members are invited to attend all of the prayer events listed on the flier above, especially the co-hosted night from 6-8 p.m. on 9/28 at 60 Bailey Ave., Manchester, NH; however, First Fruits Ministries members ought to prioritize the Holy Days of God by attending First Fruits Holy Day services on 9/23/2025, 10/2/2025, 10/7/2025 and 10/14/2025, as well as the weekly sabbath celebrations.
The 9/28 meeting will focus prayers on the theme, "Partnering With God." We will specifically pray for myriads to answer Yeshua's call on His followers to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all of the LORD's commandments. We will also pray for the diligence of Christian believers in New Hampshire and around the world to increasingly become disciple-making disciples of Yeshua as we seek to imitate the LORD, His Apostles, and those who follow the LORD with faith and perseverance as they trust in the promises of God. We will also pray for freedom from corruption, greed, and self-serving behaviors that prevent such spiritual growth in the faith community.

Do You Have A Testimony to Share?

Pastor Kraig's son Grant Dorney led the way in our community by giving his testimony of transformation from darkness to light and from death to life in Messiah Yeshua on 6/14/2025. If anyone else would like to give his or her own testimony after our weekly sermon, please talk to Pastor Andrew privately about your interest so he can determine whether and when you could go on camera. Understand that truly transformational testimonies have huge potential to change hearts and minds and build up God's people.
Let Grant's leadership be our guide. Please also share his story with those who will benefit from hearing it. Thanks to Grant for his willingness to lead in this way and for Yeshua for His long-suffering and mercy, "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose" (Romans 8:28).

Weekly Prayer Meeting

Brothers and sisters, with the urging of Pastor Stephen Opoku, an Elder at First Fruits Ministries, and the LORD's own guidance, we have instituted a Signal Prayer group for First Fruits Ministries that will be held every week. This group will meet 9:30 a.m. each Friday, with announced exceptions, to pray for God's will to be done at First Fruits Ministries. Please only join this discussion group by clicking the image below if you intend to be present at some of the prayer meetings. We will be using the Signal group to connect with one another via voice at the scheduled prayer time.
May the Lord bless you and keep you; may the Lord shine the light of His face upon you and be gracious to you; and may the Lord lift up His countenance upon you and grant you shalom!
