Sabbath Bulletin for 4/8 Unleavened Bread and 4/11 Sabbath

Shalom Brothers and Sisters in Messiah Yeshua. Please pray the Father continues to bless us, encourage us, protect us, guide us, and instruct us according to His righteous law, which He has written on our hearts through faith in Yeshua by the power of His Holy Spirit.

First Fruits Ministries will gather from NOON to 5 p.m. EDT on 4/8/2026 for the Feast of Unleavened Bread, Day Seven, and this celebration is open to all faithful followers of Yeshua. Doors open at 11:45 a.m. We will be celebrating Oneg first, and then afterward participating in Corner Fringe Ministries' livestream at 3 p.m. for our service, which is called: "Unleavened Bread: Under the Banner." The Torah Portion to read for 4/8/2026, Pesach 7 (Seventh Day of Passover): Exodus 13:17-15:26; 2 Samuel 22:1-51; John 20:1-14. Read on Bible Gateway or Logos.

Please take off of work from 4/7 sundown to 4/8 sundown, because the Seventh Day of Unleavened Bread is a Sabbath Day.

The Counting of the Omer began on Firstfruits (4/5/2026) and continues until Pentecost/Shavuot on 5/24/2026 this year. Here is a devotional to use during that time period created by Pastor Mike Sutcliffe of CFM Dixon. You are invited to contemplate the LORD's purpose for this on your own. We will be meeting on 5/24/2026 for Shavuot/Pentecost, so please remember to take off work for both the weekly Sabbath on 5/23/2026 as well as for Shavuot on 5/24/2026.

First Fruits Ministries will come together for the LORD's weekly Sabbath celebration, a Holy Convocation day on 4/11/2026 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT at 60 Bailey Ave., Manchester, NH 03104 for a time of rest in the LORD. Our First Fruits Ministries Sabbath service will begin at 10:15 a.m. in-house, and then we will go live for our YouTube audience around 10:30-10:35 a.m., God willing.

During our in-house-only segment, we will listen to a summary of this week's Torah Portion called: Sh'mini (Eighth): Leviticus 9:1-11:47; 2 Samuel 6:1-7:17; Matthew 3:11-17. Please study these passages during Erev Shabbat (the evening before the Sabbath day) on Bible Gateway or Logos.

During our in-house and online segment, Pastor Andrew J. Manuse will present Part 26 of his series, called "Who Is Yeshua the Messiah? The Metaphors, Part 5" which will continue to give an overview of what major metaphors to look for in the Old Testament that point us forward to Yeshua. This series will comprise a study of Christology, which focuses on the identity, nature, and work of Messiah Yeshua relative to His divinity, humanity, mission, and position in the eternal plan.

That being said, the best way to learn more about God is to read His Word in the Bible and pray for His guidance, and we do hope you are doing that daily. We also urge you to attend weekly Shabbat services and our weekly and monthly Bible studies in person, as well as our discipleship offerings through Corner Fringe Ministries. 

Starting at 7 p.m. on 4/14/2025, First Fruits Ministries' worship leader Aidan Rose Manuse will direct our monthly Ladies Only Bible study, which is open exclusively to biologically born women seeking sisterly fellowship centered around the Word of God. Women are invited to register to join us on Zoom or join us in person at 60 Bailey Ave. in Manchester, NH, in the basement meeting room. Come with a positive and inquisitive attitude that is seeking a deeper relationship with Yeshua the Messiah and your sisters in the faith. For those who are free during the late morning and early afternoon, we invite you to join us for a Bible Study and discussion every Wednesday (except the third Wednesday of the month) from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Coffee Factory in Derry, NH. Pastor Andrew goes out into the community each week to make himself and the Word of God available to all who want to explore God's Truth with him. Please just pull up a chair and join in the discussion during the available times. As long as you're there between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., there is no being "late" to this discussion. Come with a positive and inquisitive attitude that is seeking a deeper relationship with Yeshua the Messiah and your brothers and sisters in the faith. All questions offered in "good faith" will be considered. You can find The Coffee Factory in the Shaw's Plaza in Derry, NH. This meeting is not available online.

Based on the book "The Bondage Breaker" by Neil T. Anderson, our Bondage Breaker Class is a 12-week online course about spiritual warfare. It is a pre-requisite for anyone wanting to enroll in Mighty Men or Women of Valor.

Pastor Stephen Opoku, an Elder at First Fruits Ministries and Pastor for Corner Fringe Ministries, leads First Fruits Ministries' Signal Prayer group meeting each week at 9:30 a.m. on Fridays, with announced exceptions, to pray for God's will to be done at First Fruits Ministries. First Fruits Ministries co-hosted a prayer night in early March with Calvary Chapel as part of the New England Revival Covenant. During the transformational event, Pastor Andrew offered a devotional to help participants break away from bondage agreements and make agreements with God's Word instead, leading to freedom in Messiah Yeshua. At First Fruits Ministries, our mission is to proclaim the Gospel to the Jews, restore the Torah to Christians, and reveal the love of Yeshua that unites both Jews and Gentiles into one Body obedient to God—bringing unbelievers to faith, believers to deeper trust in the LORD with all their hearts, souls, minds, and strength, and making disciples of all nations, teaching all to repent and follow Yeshua, our LORD and our God.

As part of walking in this mission, we go out from Sunday through Friday each week to share the reason for the hope that is in us, and then gather every Sabbath Day to worship, rest, and be renewed in His presence. Our goal is to plant seeds and water them in the hearts of our neighbors, praying for the LORD to bring the increase in trust and faithfulness. When people respond with hearts wholly seeking God, we joyfully welcome them into worship and fellowship.

The purpose of this card is to direct people to the sound teachings produced by First Fruits Ministries, Corner Fringe Ministries, and our sister communities, and to invite potential congregants to join us in celebrating the Sabbath and advancing this shared mission. Pastor Kraig's son Grant Dorney led the way in our community by giving his testimony of transformation from darkness to light and from death to life in Messiah Yeshua on 6/14/2025. If anyone else would like to give his or her own testimony after our weekly sermon, please talk to Pastor Andrew privately about your interest so he can determine whether and when you could go on camera. Understand that truly transformational testimonies have huge potential to change hearts and minds and build up God's people.

Let Grant's leadership be our guide. Please also share his story with those who will benefit from hearing it. Thanks to Grant for his willingness to lead in this way and for Yeshua for His long-suffering and mercy, "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose" (Romans 8:28).
