Sabbath Bulletin for 2/24/2024
Hello Brothers and Sisters in Messiah Yeshua. Please pray for Pastor Kraig's visit to inspire us to grow into the church that Yeshua is calling us to be for His Kingdom. First Fruits Ministries will meet for the Sabbath celebration on 2/24/2024 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 60 Bailey Ave., Manchester, NH 03104 for a time of rest in the Lord.
During our First Fruits Ministries Sabbath service this week, which begins promptly at 10:30 a.m., Pastor Kraig Dorney of Corner Fringe Ministries will be preaching a message, called "Growing a Healthy Church," which will be about the urgency of equipping the saints to make disciple-making disciples within the church body for the fulfillment of the Great Commission. We prefer for you to be with us in person at the church, but if that is not possible, you can join us remotely by following this link: https://www.youtube.com/@firstfruitsNH/streams.
The Torah Portion reading for the week is Tetzaveh (You shall charge): Exodus 27:20-30:10; 1 Samuel 15:1-34; Ezekiel 43:10-27; Matthew 5:13-20; Hebrews 13:10-16; 1 Peter 2:4-10: http://tinyurl.com/483nuu38. Please read and study this portion on Friday night before service. As the LORD leads, Pastor Andrew may incorporate some of these passages into his sermon next week.
IMPORTANT: We will be doing things a little bit differently on account of Pastor Kraig's visit. We will begin at 10:30 a.m. as usual, and we will aim to finish the service around noon, but we will probably plan on a longer Oneg (fellowship) this week, with a goal to finish up by 2:30 or 3 p.m. and begin our Corner Fringe Ministries "livestream" rewind service then. During this time, Pastor Kraig and I will have office hours for those who want some one-on-one time with him (and me). We'll do this in the nursery downstairs so it can be private. Whomever is interested is welcome to remain at church for fellowship again after the Corner Fringe service, and this will go through 8 p.m. Calvary Chapel is aware it's a special week for us, so there should not be any conflicts if we stay later this week.
During our second “rewind” service starting at 3 p.m., Pastor Mike Sutcliffe of Corner Fringe Ministries is going to deliver a message called: "Be Still," which you can access here: https://www.youtube.com/live/-2728xZsaoM. Pastor Mike had an amazing message a few weeks ago, so we look forward to hearing what the LORD has put on his heart to share with us this week.
