Bulletin for Shabbat and Passover

Shalom brothers and sisters in Messiah Yeshua. Please pray the LORD helps us remove the leaven from our hearts as we seek Him fully and rehearse the coming Marriage Supper of the Lamb in memory of Him. Please also take the time and effort to literally remove the leaven from your homes so there is none remaining by sundown on 4/22/2024, and make sure to keep leaven out of your homes and diets from that point until sundown on 4/29/2024 (a guide concerning leaven is at the bottom of this bulletin). Besides the weekly Sabbath, please make sure you do no work on 4/23/2024 and 4/29/2024, for these days are Holy Convocation Days according to Leviticus 23. Please treat these days as Sabbath Days. One final and very important point: It is a commandment of the LORD from Leviticus 23:6b that we eat unleavened bread on each of the seven days of the feast. We will do so corporately for our annual communion celebration on the four of seven days that we meet during that time, and you ought to also celebrate communion privately on the other three days with your families.

Here is a rundown of First Fruits Ministries' upcoming Sabbath and Passover Week Celebrations, which will all be held at 60 Bailey Ave., Manchester, NH 03104:
  • For our weekly Sabbath celebration on 4/20/2024, we will hold a regular, pre-Passover service from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the sanctuary. Our first service begins at 10:30 a.m., during which Pastor Andrew will deliver a sermon loosely based on this week's Torah Portion reading (see below). We prefer that you join us in person, but if you are too far away to make it or ill, please join us online at https://www.youtube.com/@firstfruitsNH/streams. At noon, we will celebrate the Sabbath with fellowship until 2:30 p.m. in our Oneg room. Then, we will gather in the sanctuary again for the Corner Fringe rewind "service," during which Pastor Daniel will give part 15 of his series called "Psalm 27": https://www.youtube.com/live/YqbGr7-Ei1g
  • For the Passover Seder on 4/22/2024, we will meet at 6:30 p.m. for a corporate memorial and celebration at 60 Bailey Ave., Manchester, NH 03104. This will be a catered event to ensure all foods are clean and without leavening. Please RSVP by emailing or texting Pastor Andrew. The Seder will begin at 7 p.m. Please come on time and do not leave until the Seder is complete. We will meet in the sanctuary for the feast. Please dress for the wedding rehearsal dinner that we will be memorializing as a holy convocation to the LORD. IMPORTANT: This is the first of First Fruits Ministries communion ceremonies for the year and we will be partaking in communion during this service in memory of Yeshua, just like He asked us to do.
  • For the First Day of Unleavened Bread on 4/23/2024, we will meet at 11:30 a.m. in the sanctuary for a Corner Fringe Ministries livestream service followed by food and fellowship in the Oneg room. IMPORTANTWe will be partaking in communion during fellowship.

Purge out the leaven

"Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump? Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Messiah, our Passover, was sacrificed for us. Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth." (1 Corinthians 5:6b-8)
May the Lord bless you and keep you; may the Lord shine the light of His face upon you and be gracious to you; and may the Lord lift up His countenance upon you and grant you shalom!

יברכך יהוה וישמרך
יאר יהוה פניו אליך ויחנך
ישא יהוה פניו אליך וישם לך שׁלום

As for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord.
