Shemini Atzeret, the Last Fall Feast 10/24/2024

Shalom Brothers and Sisters in Messiah Yeshua. Please pray in the name of Yeshua for our unity in fellowship to grow and blossom at First Fruits Ministries as we conclude the fall feasts, move into Simchat Torah (the new Torah Portion cycle), and begin our first Sermon Series ever, called "Community." Please pray this new series lays a firm foundation in the love of Yeshua for our congregation.

First Fruits Ministries will come together for the Eighth Day of Sukkot, Shemini Atzeret, on 10/24/2024 from 10:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 60 Bailey Ave., Manchester, NH 03104. We will meet inside the sanctuary for our Eighth Day service, which will include worship, prayer, and a sermon from Pastor Trevor Rubenstein from Chosen People Ministries, which will be followed by a feast to the LORD. The Tabernacle will remain standing for whomever would like to enjoy it during Oneg. As usual, you should take off of work and join us in fellowship for this Holy Convocation Day.

If you haven't done so already, please download the Sukkot devotional from Corner Fringe Ministries this year, called "The Invitation," written by Kraig and Heather Dorney. Feel free to also download our guide for the 2025 feast days so you can prepare for the Spring feasts that are just around the corner.

If you are available to help, pastor Andrew would appreciate help taking down the sukkah on the 25th beginning around 9-10 a.m.

Sabbath Service, "Community," 10/26/2024

During our First Fruits Ministries Sabbath service this week, which begins promptly at 10:15 a.m. in-house, and around 10:30-10:35 a.m. online on 10/26/2024, we will be doing things differently. Please review our General Itinerary on our website for specific information.

The service will open up at 10:15 a.m. in-house only with two worship songs, an invitation to greet one another, and a Torah Portion summary presentation from Todd Biery. The first Torah Portion in the cycle is called: B'reisheet (In the Beginning): Genesis 1:1-6:8; Isaiah 42:5-43:10; John 1:1-17.

Following this opening segment, the in-house service will go live for our YouTube audience with a greeting followed by liturgy and four-to-five worship songs starting around 10:30-10:35 a.m. After this, Pastor Andrew will deliver his first sermon in a new series called "Community, Part 1," a multi-part series that will lay the groundwork for a vibrant and edifying First Century Judeo-Christian Messianic congregation here in Manchester, NH.

Going forward, First Fruits Ministries is looking for help from God-fearing individuals who are practicing righteousness and would love to contribute to the community. We especially need help with Oneg set-up and tear-down, with the technology booth (training required), and with our worship team. Please download this volunteer sign-up sheet for a better idea of the available opportunities to help.

We prefer for you to be with us in person in fellowship, but if that is not possible, you can join us remotely by following this link: https://www.youtube.com/@firstfruitsNH/streams.

יאר יהוה פניו אליך ויחנך
ישא יהוה פניו אליך וישם לך שׁלום

As for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord.
